Chairwoman Estes opened discussion and action on HB2420.

Representative Steele moved, seconded by Chairwoman Estes to amend HB2420 relating to clarifying the definition of ongoing intervention versus a one-time emergency intervention and the meaning of school based mental health, the multi-tiered system of support language has been removed. Motion carried.

Representative Steele moved, seconded by Representative Pishney to pass HB2420 as amended. Motion carried.
