Sara Hortenstine, Executive Director, Kansas Child Death Review Board, explained that one provision of this bill concerns the requirements of  confidentiality of the State Child Death Review Board. The provision they would like to sunset and not renew currently allows the State Child Death Review Board the ability to disclose certain confidential information to local and county entities for the purposes of local child fatality reviews. (Attachment 3)
