Chairperson Billinger called for final action on Substitute for HB 2007.

Senator Claeys moved, Senator Fagg seconded, that all adopted committee amendments be included, that staff be authorized to make any technical amendments and that Senate Substitute for Substitute for HB 2007 be passed. The motion carried by a roll call vote.

Chairperson Billinger adjourned the meeting at 6:35 pm. The next meeting will be March 17, 2025.
