Chairperson Dietrich opened the floor to work HB2042. Revisor Eileen Ma reviewed the bill for the Committee and stood for questions. Senator Fagg offered an amendment to the bill to change publication from the statute book to the Kansas register instead. (Attachment 5)

     Senator Fagg moved that the amendment be adopted. Senator Warren seconded. Motion passed.

     Senator Fagg moved that HB2042 be passed favorably out of Committee as amended. Senator Gossage seconded. Motion passed.
