Natalie Scott, Revisor's Office provided an overview of the bill and stood for questions. (Attachment 45)

Rachel Willis, Director of Legislative Affairs, Office of the Secretary, Kansas Department of Commerce, provides testimony in support of the bill.  Implementing criminal history background checks is a necessary and responsible step to safeguard Kansas communities and other Commerce partners. (Attachment 46)
