Eric Turek with the Department of Insurance gave oral testimony in favor of the bill. (Attachment 2) He stated that the bill, like SB28, would bring consistency and parity to statutes and provide the Insurance Commissioner additional discretion when reviewing insurance agent and public adjuster licenses. He stood for questions from the Committee.

Written proponent testimony was received from Craig Sepich of the National Insurance Crime Bureau. (Attachment 3)
