Chris Waggoner, Assistant Revisor of Statutes, gave a briefing of the bill for the committee.(Attachment 36)

Deanna Sheppard of the Kansas Department of Revenue provided proponent testimony to the committee for HB2289 that removes the requirement for registration decals carrying  county designation for vehicle registration.   The bill amends statute to reflect Division of Vehicles (DOV) policy. (Attachment 37)

There was no opponent testimony and no neutral testimony.
