Chairperson Dietrich called the Committee to work SB 23. Revisor Eileen Ma gave an overview of the bill and answered questions from the Committee. Senator Francisco offered an amendment to the bill to clarify language.(Attachment 2)

     Senator Francisco moved that her amendment be approved. Senator Gossage seconded. Motion passed.

     Senator Argabright moved that SB 23 be passed favorably as amended out of committee. Senator Warren seconded. Motion passed.
