75-3120g. Salaries of district judges and chief judges of district courts; limitations on county supplements. [See Revisor's Note] (a) The annual salary of district judges shall be paid in equal installments each payroll period in accordance with this section. (b) Except as otherwise provided in K.S.A. 75-3120l, and amendments thereto, the annual salary of district judges, other than district judges designated as chief judges, shall be $114,813. (c) Except as otherwise provided in K.S.A. 75-3120l, and amendments thereto, the annual salary of district judges designated as chief judges shall be $115,977. (d) No county may supplement the salary of, or pay any compensation to, any district judge. |

CAUTION: Effective January 1, 2025, this statute will be repealed as part of the enactment of the bill establishing the salaries of justices of the supreme court, district judges and judges of the court of appeals as provided in 75-3120n. |
