Chairperson Longbine turned the Committee's attention to action on HB2093. He announced there was an amendment to change the effective date to its publication date in the Kansas Register. (Attachment 5)
Chairperson Longbine moved the amendment, seconded by Senator Fagg. The amendment was adopted .
Senator Gossage moved, seconded by Senator Kloos, to pass HB2093, as amended, with favorable recommendation. The motion carried.
