Representative Eric Smith moved, seconded by Representative Carmichael, to adopt the amendment. The motion carried.
Representatives Highberger, Carmichael, and Schlingensiepen requested their "Aye" votes be recorded.
Representative Eric Smith moved, Representative Thompson seconded, to recommend HB2031, as amended, favorably for passage. The motion carried.
