AN ACT concerning motor vehicles; relating to license plates; providing the secretary of revenue authority to determine plate letters and numerals; eliminating the requirement that license plates be shipped to county treasurers; amending K.S.A. 2019 Supp. 8-147 and repealing the existing section.
