AN ACT concerning alcoholic beverages; relating to temporary permits;{common consumption areas;} amending {K.S.A. 2016 Supp. 41-102, as amended by section 4 of chapter 56 of the 2017 Session Laws of Kansas,} K.S.A. 2018 Supp. 41-308a, 41-719, 41-2601, 41-2608, 41-2622, 41-2637, 41-2641{,} 41-2642 {and 41-2659} and repealing the existing sections; also repealing K.S.A. 2018 Supp. 41-347{,} 41-2645 {and 41-2657}.
