Chairperson Bowers opened final action on HB2510. Mike Heim, staff revisor, reviewed the bill. Senator Braun distributed and explained a proposed balloon amendment. (Attachment 2)
Senator Braun moved, Senator Hardy seconded, to adopt the balloon amendment. Motion carried.
Senator Doll moved, Senator Braun seconded, to recommend HB2510 as amended, favorably for passage. Motion carried.
