Chairperson Tarwater opened the hearing on SB42 and recognized Charles Reimer who gave an overview of the bill. There were no questions.
Erik Wisner, Executive Director, Kansas Real Estate Commission, was recognized by Chairperson Tarwater as a proponent on SB42. (Attachment 3)
Mark Tomb, Vice President of Governmental Affairs, Kansas Association of REALTORS, also gave proponent testimony. (Attachment 4)
