The Vice Chair stated that the Chair would be at the meeting shortly. He stated that there was one hearing and he opened the hearing on SB427.
Natalie Scott explained that SB427 is the annual legislative review of exceptions to disclosure of public records under the Kansas open records act.
Vice Chair Ralph noted that the committee received written testimony from three different persons that is provided in their bill folders.
