Aaron Brientenbach testified in support of the bill. (Attachment 2) Mr. Brientenbach explained in his attached testimony the Kansas Judicial Council's recommendation explaining 4 key amendments to existing statutes. He stood for questions.
Debra Coffey testified in support of the bill. (Attachment 3) Ms. Coffey explained DUI offenders need to be enabled to drive back and forth to work to maintain employment. The advancements and sophistication of today's modern interlocks is a way to assure safety is being provided to citizens. Ms. Coffey stood for questions.
