Staff explained the bill.
The Chairman recognized David Harper who testified for Kent Selk.(Attachment 3) According to Mr. Harper, currently citizens up to the age of 50 are eligible to complete their driver's license renewal on-line if they have had an eye exam within 12 months. He said they are proposing to extend the on-line renewal age to 64 which aligns with their current renewal requirement.
There were no opponents.

Chairman Proehl asked if anyone else wished to speak on this bill. No one stepped forward so the Chairman closed the hearing on SB326 and opened the hearing on SB342.
