Chairman Sutton opened the hearing on HB2612.
Staff revisor gave a overview of the bill.
- Proponent Representative Cindy Holscher gave testimony, that this bill addressed newer issues with ever increasing usage of social media/internet in campaign. (Attachment 2)
There being no further conferees, Chairman Sutton closed the hearing.
Representative Parker moved to suspend the 24 hour rule, Representative Collins seconded. The motion failed.
