Opponent testimony was given.
- Rocky Nichols (Mike Burgess spoke for him). stated that this would place arbitrary limits making it harder for Kansans to have their advance ballots submitted.(Attachment1)
There being no further conferees, Chairman Sutton closed the hearing and adjourned at 4:43 PM.
