Staff provided an amendment adding (under Attachment A) Dyslexia students as at-risk students and (Attachment B) at-risk funding may be used for training of personnel, identifying students to personnel and achieve uniform reporting to the State School Board. (Attachment 2)

Senator Sykes moved the passage of SB271 favorably as amended; Senator Taylor seconded. The motion carried.
