Chairperson Tarwater opened the hearing on HB2702 and recognized Charles Reimer, Assistant Revisor, Office of Revisor of Statutes. Revisor Reimer gave an overview of the bill and answered questions from the Committee members. He was assisted by Reed Holwegner, Principal Analyst, Legislative Research Department.
