Staff handed out an amendment while Representative Jennings explained the amendment.(Attachment 10) Representative Jennings moved and Representative Bergquist seconded the amendment be accepted. After discussion Representative Jennings withdrew his motion to amendment.
Representative Jennings recommends final action on HB2544 be tabled and Representative Ralph seconded. Motion carried. Votes recorded: Yes - Hoheisel, Highberger No - Carmichael, Owens, Ohaebosim.
