Chairperson Tyson opened the hearing on SB297.
Amelia Kovar-Donohue, Assistant Revisor, gave an overview of the bill. (Attachment 5)

There was no opponent or neutral testimony.
When all questions from the committee were answered, Chairperson Tyson closed the hearing on SB297.
Chairperson Tyson called for approval of the minutes for January 14th, 16th, 22nd, 23rd, 28th and 30th. Senator Lynn moved, Senator Kerschen seconded, for approval of the minutes. Motion carried.
Chairperson Tyson adjourned the meeting at 10:04 a.m. The next scheduled meeting is February 19, 2020.
