Chairperson Kerschen called for final action on SB307.

Tamera Lawrence with the Revisor of Statutes Office explained the bill.

Senator Francisco moved to place SB307 on the Consent Calendar.  Senator Pyle objected. Senator Francisco then moved and Senator Estes seconded that SB307 be recommended favorably for passage.  Motion carried.

With no further business before the committee, Chairperson Kerschen adjourned the committee at 9:30.
