Chairperson Tarwater opened the hearing on HB2586 and recognized Charles Reimer, Assistant Revisor, Office of Revisor of Statutes, who gave an overview of the bill and answered questions.
Chairperson Tarwater welcomed Dave Trabert, CEO, Kansas Policy Institute, to give oral testimony on this bill. (Attachment 1)
