Senator Francisco offered a balloon amendment to the bill which she explained.(Attachment) 1 Senator Francisco then moved and Senator Taylor seconded to add the balloon amendment to the bill.Motion carried.
Senator Francisco moved and Senator Taylor seconded the bill as amended be considered favorably for passage. Motion carried.
