Chairman Olson opened the informational hearing on the bill and called upon David Wiese for a Revisor of Statutes overview of the bill.
Chairman Olson called upon Alan Conroy for neutral testimony on the bill from the perspective of the KPERS fund. Mr. Conroy explained three changes the bill makes to the Kansas Police and Fireman's Retirement System.(Attachment 1)
Seeing no further testimony or committee questions, Chairman Olson closed the hearing informational hearing on the bill.
