Chairman Olson opened the hearing on the bill and called Eileen Ma for an Office of the Revisor of Statutes overview on the bill.
Chairman Olson called upon Lee Modesitt for proponent testimony. (Attachment 3)
Mr. Modesitt explained the need for an annual update of a standard regulatory tool referred to as risk-based capital.
Seeing no more testimony or committee questions, Chairman Olson closed the hearing on the bill.
