Chairman Olson opened the hearing on the bill and called Eileen Ma for a Revisor of Statutes overview.
Chairman Olson called upon Lee Modesitt for proponent testimony on the bill. (Attachment 2)
Mr. Modesiit explained the need to clarify language concerning the appointment of the Securities Commissioner. There was no additional testimony or committee questions.
Chairman Olson closed the hearing on the bill.
