Chairman Sutton opened the hearing on HB2508,
Mike Heim, staff revisor, briefed the Committee on the bill.
Proponent testimony was given.
- Representative Parker he stated, if passed, this would help to depoliticize our election oversight, increase public confidence in the Secretary of State's office, and eliminate potential perception of conflicts of interest. (Attachment 9)
