Representative Jennings had a question about the fiscal note.
Executive Director Scott Schultz testified in support of HB2396 on behalf of the Kansas Sentencing Commission. Mr. Schultz stated the bill is a technical fix request for the 2003 SB123 substance abuse treatment program bill that was passed last year. (Attachment 1)
Chairperson Jennings called for final questions from the Committee and then closed the hearing.
