Representative Jennings spoke on the amendment (Attachment 1) he presented to the Committee.
Representative Jennings moved to amend House Substitute HB2018 with the Jennings amendment, seconded by Representative Patton.
Representative Carmichael had a question and a comment.
The motion passed unanimously to amend House Substitute HB2018 with the amendment.
Representative Highberger moved House Substitute HB2018 favorably for passage as amended by the Jennings amendment, seconded by Representative Kuether.
The motion passed unanimously to report House Substitute HB2018 favorably for passage as amended by the amendment.
Representatives Carmichael, French, Highberger, Owens, and Weigel requested their votes of 'Aye' be recorded.
Chairperson Jennings adjourned the meeting.
