Chairperson Kerschen opened the hearing on HB2085.
Tamera Lawrence from the Revisor of Statutes distributed a memorandum which she explained.(Attachment 1)
Doug Mays testified in support of the bill. He explained that this bill as amended by the House Committee would require the board of a rural water district to reinstate a forfeited benefit unit as long as the capacity of the district's facilities permits.(Attachment 2)
After a brief discussion, Chairperson Kerschen closed the hearing on HB2085.
