Chairman Olson opened the hearing on the bill and called for a Revisor of Statutes overview of the bill. Eileen Ma provided the overview. She explained that only a minor difference existed in this bill from an a very similar senate bill already passed out favorably by the committee.
Chairman Olson called for testimony on the bill.
Proponent Ed Klumpp expressed support for the change from the similar house version of the bill. (Attachment 1)
