Chairman Olson opened the hearing on the bill and called for a Statute of Revisors overview of the bill. Eileen Ma provided the overview. He called for proponent testimony on the bill.

Proponent Alan Conroy suggested that the bill would allow the KPERS Board of Trustees to fulfill its fiduciary duty to KPERS members and the Trust Fund.

Seeing no additional questions or testimony Chairman Olson closed the hearing on the bill.
