Chairperson McGinn opened the hearing on SB 155. Jill Wolters provided an overview of the bill. (Attachment 8)

There being no further conferees, Chairperson McGinn closed the hearing on SB 155.
Senator Billinger moved, Senator Denning seconded, to recommend SB 155 favorably for passage and to place it on the consent calendar. Motion carried.
Chairperson McGinn adjourned the meeting at 11:05 am. The next meeting will be March 7, 2019.
