Jeanne Gawdun, as a spokesperson for Kansans for Life, stated she is testifying as a neutral. Her only concern was related to abortions being done through medications. Ms. Gawdun asked that an amendment be added that said nothing in the bill would supersede, replace or repeal the abortion pill protocol requirements listed in KSA 65-4a10 (Attachment 19).
Ms. Gawdun fielded questions from the committee.
The Chairperson closed the hearing on Bill HB2082.
