There were no motion to pass out favorably. The bill will remain in the committee.
Senator David Haley asked the status of SB102 - Creating the Kansas closed case task force, pertaining to identification and investigation of hits to the combined DNA index system (CODIS) in closed cases. The bill will not be worked today. Senator David Haley asked to have the bill blessed. Senator David Haley also asked about SB87 - Allowing certain persons with suspended drivers' licenses to enter into amnesty agreements with the district court, to be discussed. Senator Vic Miller and Molly Baumgardner gave discussion on SB102.
