Chair Wilborn asked for the motion to move the bill. Senator Vic Miller moved the bill favorable for passage, seconded by Senator Randall Hardy. Senator David Haley also has concerns and discussion. Discussion by Senators Randall Hardy, Vic Miller, Molly Baumgardner and Mike Petersen. The motion passed out by voice vote.
