Chair Rick Wilborn asked for questions. There were no questions.
Senator Mike Petersen motion to strike the word ammunition and was seconded by Senator Vic Miller. Senator Randall Hardy had a question about adding ammunition. Senator Mike Petersen responded. The amendment passed by voice vote.
Senator Vic Miller introduced a balloon amendment. Senator Vic Miller (Attachment 1) moved the amendment, second by Senator Mike Petersen. The amendment passed.
Senator Hardy move to pass SB80 favorably as amended, seconded by Senator Vic Miller.
SB80 passed as amended favorably by voice vote.
