Senator Vic Miller presented an amendment, Chair Rick Wilborn asked for Senator Vic Miller to explain. Senator Vic Miller moved the amendment; seconded by Senator David Haley. The motion passed by voice vote. (Attachment 21) Back on the bill as amended. Senator Petersen moved an amendment, Senator Molly Baumgardner seconded; by voice vote the amendment was approved.(Attachment 22)

Jason Thompson, Revisor of Statutes, gave an overview of the balloon. Senator Vic Miller move to adopt the amendment; no second; the amendment died for a lack of second. (Attachment 24)
