The hearing for HB2365 which adds members of the National Guard to the confidentiality provisions of peer support counseling sessions was opened by the Chair. Assistant Revisor Jenna Moyer gave an overview of the bill and responded to questions from committee members.(Attachment 7) Proponent conferee, Lt Col Dana Graf, addressed the committee and answered questions.(Attachment 8) There were no opponents or neutral conferees present. The hearing for HB2365 was declared closed by the Chair. The meeting was adjourned at 10:00 am. The next meeting of the Veterans and Military Committee will be held Thursday, February 21, 2019, in room 218 N of the Capitol.
