Chairman Olson opened discussion on the bill and requested a Revisor of Statutes review of the bill and proposed amendment. Eileen provided the review. (Attachment 2)
Chairman Olson requested that both parties to the amendment confirm that an agreement had been reached. Seeing agreement, he sought the pleasure of the committee.
Senator Givens motioned for the committee to accept the amendment to the bill and the motion was seconded by Vice Chairman Billinger. The motion passed.
Senator Hilderbrand motioned for the committee to pass out favorably bill as amended and the motion was seconded by Senator Givens. The motion passed.
Seeing no further discussion on the bill, Chairman Olson closed discussion on the bill.
