Chairperson McGinn called for final action on SB 25.
David Wiese, Office of the Revisor, distributed a technical balloon amendment and discussed the proposed changes. (Attachment 8)
Senator Kerschen moved, Senator Braun seconded, to adopt the proposed balloon amendment and to recommend SB 25, as amended, favorably for passage. Motion carried by a roll call vote.
Chairperson McGinn adjourned the meeting at 11:51 am. The next meeting will be February 14, 2019.
