Representative Sutton Moved an amendment to strike "or school personnel." (Attachment 14) Representative Francis seconded the Motion. Discussion followed. Motion carried. Back on the bill as amended. Representative Helgerson Moved to pass HB2214, as amended, Representative Thimesch seconded the Motion and the Motion carried.
