Chairperson Tarwater called upon Assistant Revisor, Charles Reimer, Office of Revisor of Statutes, to give an overview of HB2118. There were no questions.
Representative Corbet moved, seconded by Representative Mason, HB2118 be passed.
Representative Highland moved, seconded by Representative Hoffman, a substitute motion to amend HB2118 (Attachment 1). Motion passed.
Representative Croft moved, seconded by Representative Frownfelter, to amend HB2118 on page 1 of the printed bill, by striking lines 21 through 26. Motion passed.
Representative Probst moved, seconded by Representative Carpenter, to amend HB2118 on page 1 of the printed bill, in line 32, after "employed", insert "full-time". Following discussion, Representative Probst withdrew his motion.
Representative Corbet moved, seconded by Representative Mason, HB2118 be passed as amended. Motion passed.
