Chairperson Lynn reported there would be no final action on SB 26 at today's meeting. A copy of a document entitled "Benefits of Competitive Employment" from Patrick Terick, Cerebral Palsy Research Foundation of Kansas, was provided to Committee members in follow-up to testimony provided on January 31, 2019, concerning SB 26. (Attachment 4)
Senator Givens moved, seconded by Senator Olson, to approve the minutes of the Senate Commerce Committee meetings on January 24 and January 30, 2019. The motion carried.
The meeting adjourned at 9:03 a.m. The next meeting is scheduled for February 6, 2019.
