AN ACT concerning visual depictions of children; creating the crimes of unlawful transmission of a visual depiction of a child and unlawful possession of a visual depiction of a child; prohibiting offender registration for such crimes; also relating to sexual exploitation of a child; amending K.S.A. 2015 Supp. 21-5510 and 22-4902 and repealing the existing sections.
