AN ACT concerning taxation; relating to tax amnesty{; income tax, eligibility for credits; property tax exemptions; sales and compensating use tax, exemptions; income tax, subtraction modifications; motor vehicle taxation; sales and compensating use tax, rates, distribution thereof; amending K.S.A. 79-5108 and K.S.A. 2014 Supp. 79-201, as amended by section 4 of 2015 Senate Bill No. 91, 79-32,117, 79-32,265, 79-3603, as amended by section 20 of 2015 Senate Substitute for House Bill No. 2155, 79-3606, 79-3620, 79-3703 and 79-3710 and repealing the existing sections}.
